Guarantee Terms & Conditions

Pass the PMP® –We Guarantee It!

Our unique learning and memory techniques ensure your success. However, to fully benefit from our classes and to ensure your readiness to pass the PMP Exam, you must:

• Be 100% committed to an intense bootcamp style workweek. The PMP exam is extremely challenging and you need to be completely immersed in the materials.
• Attend all days of the course for which you are registered. This requirement applies to the first instance of taking the course as well as any subsequent retakes of this course.
• Arrive on time. Classes typically begin at 9:00 am. Any late comers may forfeit their student contract with us and risk missing important instruction.
• Do not disrupt class. We ask that you please turn off your cell phone and put away anything not related to PMP instruction.
• Maintain a professional demeanor in class. If you ask or discuss items not related to course material or you produce a non-conducive study environment for your peers, you will be asked to leave and will forfeit our guarantee and refund.
• Review and Complete the materials. Before the training session begins, you will receive materials to help you get started. Familiarize yourself with the materials. Ask questions in class to clarify uncertainties. Review your work after class to make sure you retain the information. It is important to follow all in-class instructions along with instructor assignments for study method, homework and appropriate reference material.
• Schedule your exam the Friday following your class. This is highly recommended because your memory and retrieval ability will be greater immediately after class.

If you follow the above and do not pass:

• You can request to retake the course for no additional cost.
• If you are seeking to qualify for a retake, you must provide your PMI PMP Exam score sheet to Pinnacle 3 Learning to qualify for a retake.
• The exam reschedule cost is limited to the PMI Member price.
• We will reimburse you for the retake fee up to three times.
• We will pair you with an individual PMP certified mentor to find and fill in any gaps in learning.
• The intent of our courses is learning. We will work with you until your learning goals have been achieved.
• If after all of the above you don’t pass the exam after 3 attempts, we will refund your remaining tuition.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy:

• You may cancel your course reservation by providing Pinnacle 3 written notice via email at registration@pinnacle3.com at least 10 business days in advance. You will be required to reschedule for a later class. If you choose to not reschedule, we will retain 20% of your tuition to compensate for materials and other pre-class documents.
• If you require pre-class contact hours, we will provide them at no additional cost, but in the event of any changes or cancellation we will retain 50% of your tuition to compensate for materials and contact hour instruction.
• If you attend any portion of our class, our liability is limited to completing your learning and educational goals, regardless of change or cancellation.
• If you cancel your reservation in writing prior to the start date of the course, but less than 14 days, you may attend a different PMP Exam Prep course that falls within the original one year timeframe from the original course date.
• All monetary refund is voided if you cancel less than 14 days to your class. Pinnacle 3 Learning reserves the right to choose the appropriate make-up class for you to attend.
• Failure to attend the course without written notification to the above email 14 days prior to the start of the course will be considered a “no show” and will result in forfeiture of any refunds and will void our guarantee.
