About Pinnacle 3 Learning

Pinnacle 3 Learning has grown from its creation in 2005 into a professional Project Management Training company with training locations in most major cities within the US. We have a dedicated staff whose top priority is our students’ success.
Specializing in Project Management Training, with an emphasis on PMP Exam Preparation for a wide range of industries and government agencies, our instructors are experts in the subject they teach. Instructors

Lenora Holmsten, PMP is an experienced Project Manager with over 15 years of PM practice. She has both her PMP certification as well as a Masters in Project Management. She also serves as a Board member of the Phoenix PMI chapter. Lenora has worked on a variety of projects and programs, both IT and non-IT related. She has a passion for project management and what it can do to help drive implementation of business results. Guiding others on project management principles and PMI best practice guidelines has been a rewarding experience and Lenora looks forward to continuing to help others pass their PMP exams, and further their project management careers.
Steve Blash, PMP is a senior trainer, consultant and a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) with exceptional Information Technology operational and technical knowledge, and has extensive project management experience managing all aspects of large complex projects. Areas of expertise include business requirements analysis, business re-engineering, data warehousing, business intelligence, CRM, web analytics, information technology infrastructure, wireless technology, system development, implementations and conversions. Steve is currently VP of Communications for the local PMI chapter in Las Vegas, pmi-snc.org. He also has written numerous articles in ProjectTimes.com, BATimes.com, and AllPM.com as well as for the local PMI chapter’s newsletter.
Terra Vanzant-Stern, PhD., PMP, SPHR/GPHR and author of Lean Six Sigma: Practical Bodies of Knowledge. Named Facilitator of the Year for 2009/2010 by the Lean Six Sigma Professional Association and is a Vice-Chair, HD&L for ASQ. Dr. Vanzant-Stern holds several certifications that include Project Management Professional (PMP), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR). She currently is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt. She is a member of several professional organizations that include the American Society for Quality (ASQ), Project Management International (PMI), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). Her background includes HR leadership roles at IHS, TRW and Quality Health. Dr. Vanzant-Stern has a Bachelor’s degree in Education, a Master’s degree in HR Management, and holds a PhD. in International Leadership and Business Ethics.
Michael A. Wright, Sr. PMP, CBA has over twenty-eight years of project management, instructional systems, business analysis, and human resource experience. His business analysis and project management achievements have been recognized by receiving AT&T Global Information Services’ ‘Customer Service Excellence Award’, and inclusion in the 21st edition of ‘Who’s Who in the South and Southwest’. Michael is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI®) and has been presenting PMP Exam Preparation courses for twelve years.
Kathleen King, PMP has proven experience including roles as Enterprise PMO Director, Organizational Change Management (OCM), Conflict Resolution, Business Analyst, and Contract Consultant. With over 2 decades of project management experience and as an instructor, she is a specialist in the training and mentoring arena.
John Achée, MBA, PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt has over 20 years’ senior management experience, holding several key positions in project, program, and product management. He has a variety of experience in several industries including telecommunications, banking, government, training, consulting, and software development. John’s teaching experience began in the mid 1990’s and includes courses in project management, PMP Certification, human resources, and marketing. In addition to his role at Pinnacle 3 Learning, he is an adjunct professor at Colorado Technical University. John is currently a PhD candidate at Capella University where he is finishing his dissertation on project managers and emotional intelligence.
Marleen Cain, MBA, PMP, CSM has over 25 years of senior management and project experience working with global teams. She has been responsible for both large and business critical software and infrastructure projects in a variety of industries including pharmaceutical, insurance, diversified chemical, financial, general business and entrepreneurial. Marleen has also served as a Software Engineering Lead responsible for a large development organization within a multinational corporation which attained Software Engineering (CMM) Level 3 under her tenure. She brings practical experience into the classroom with training in current methodologies including Waterfall and Agile.
David Gazave, PMP offers over a decade of accomplishment-laden experience, with over 30 years experience in construction, facilities, operations, and engineering project management. Dave offers 8 years experience in consulting outsourcing negotiations, contract scope development, and dispute resolution, including 7 years experience in small business development consulting. Dave is a motivator who will hold you accountable for the results, act as your sounding board, tell you the truth, and push you to achieve.
Remy Naravulu, PMP, ITIL has been a PMP for seven years, with over 15 years of international experience in managing IT infrastructure and systems delivery projects. The real world experience combined with his passion for teaching, he delivers the best value for aspiring Project Management Professionals.
Keith Brodie, PMP has over 15 years experience in I.T. and Telecom Project Management. Keith earned his PMP in 2005. Keith has helped students pass the Second, Third and Fourth Edition versions of the PMP exam. Keith’s high energy style and commitment to his students learning are the driving forces behind his success.
