Our unique learning and memory techniques ensure your success. If by some chance you don't, we will do one or all of the following:

• Pay your rexamination fee
• Pair you with an individual mentor to find and fill in any gaps
• Allow you to attend another class at no cost.

PMP Exam Prep Guarantee: Terms & Conditions

1. The student must attend all days of the course for which they registered. This requirement applies to the first instance of taking the course as well as any subsequent retakes of this course.
2. The student must take the PMP Exam within 14 days of completing the course, unless directed otherwise by the instructor.
3. Students must follow all in-class instructions along with instructor assignments for study method, homework and appropriate reference material.
4. Students must adhere to Pinnacle 3 Learning's advisement to clear their work schedules to the best of their ability during the week of class as well as during their examination.
5. Students who do not pass the PMP exam after taking the Pinnacle 3 PMP Exam Prep course for the first time, may request to retake the course. Students seeking to qualify for a retake must provide their PMI PMP Exam score sheet to Pinnacle 3 Learning to qualify for a retake.
6. Qualifying students may enroll for free in any public PMP Exam Prep class offered during the first six months following the date of the exam for which a score sheet was submitted.
7. Students retaking the course are required to use the materials and books distributed to them in their original courses session. Failure to provide these materials will result in the student being charged for replacement materials.
8. Students must retake the PMP exam within one week of completing the second PMP Exam Prep course.
9. A student who does not pass the PMP Exam after a first retake of the Pinnacle 3 PMP Exam Prep course, may request to retake the course again, following the steps outlined in #3 through #8.
10. The exam reschedule cost is limited to the PMI Member price.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy: You may cancel your course registration by providing Pinnacle 3 written notice via email at registration@p3learning.com at least 14 days in advance. If you cancel your reservation in writing prior to the start date of the course, but less than 14 days, you may attend a different PMP Exam Prep course that falls within the original six month timeframe from the date original course date. Failure to attend the course without written notification to the above email 14 days prior to the start of the course will be considered a "no show" and will result in forfeiture of the guarantee. If Pinnacle 3 is forced to cancel a course for any reason, liability is limited to allowing you to attend the same class within the a six month timeframe from the date of your original class.

Refund Policy: You can cancel your registration 30 days or more before your class begins.  Since our program starts immediately when you register, you will have to pay for a portion of the program, to be determined at the time of notification, but no less than 20% of the tuition.  Once you register and access the pre class materials you will be charged a fee of 50% of your tuition if you cancel your class. If you need to cancel your registration after 30 days from the start of your class, you forfeit your tuition.
